Experience two full days of stress-relieving self-care that will transform your relationship with the natural world. Overnight accommodation is available at local B&Bs and historic inns. The program, which draws on the science-backed Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, is designed to entice you, through sensory awareness, into a new domain of peace, harmony, and balance. Instinctively we know that taking the time to do the things that nourish our body, mind, and spirit is necessary for happiness. But it’s all too easy to give priority to everything else in our busy lives.

Nature Connection is a sensual practice. As you slow down, relax deeply, and lean in, the magic of the wind, weather, water, and wildlife will cast its spell.
We begin each day with a welcome introduction and orientation to the property. There will be ample time to explore on your own or with a companion. We spend the morning slowly moving through a series of guided Nature Connection practices custom-tailored for the day. Following each nature invitation, we sit together in a traditional sharing circle during which we share what we are noticing at that moment. There are always smiles and laughter, and the insights that pop up are often profound.
After a nourishing and flavourful farm-to-table lunch, we spend the afternoon in a creative practise that deepens and integrates the benefits of Nature Connection, as each guest creates their own personalized action plan. As we design our path in the Nature Connection journals provided, brief intervals of chakra balancing, guided meditation, and a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, stimulate the creative process.
We end the afternoon in a closing circle, reflecting on our days’ experience and setting a powerful intention, either silently or spoken, for the future.
